Who we hire for across ops, supply notes and channel desks

Our work covers a range of roles that all link back to serving online sellers in real time. Operations staff keep our regional desks moving and handle daily trade queries on orders, shipping and fulfilment notes. Supplier notes staff help sellers shortlist and onboard local suppliers, ensuring product data and compliance checks are sorted quickly.

Channel desk roles focus on helping sellers navigate their sales options: from marketplaces and DTC shops to WhatsApp and wholesale orders. We look for methodical people who can work calmly under pressure, understand SA courier routes, and know how local sellers trade across different channels.

  • Operations desk: order tracking, fulfilment, daily queries
  • Supplier notes: onboarding, MOQ, VAT, quality checks
  • Channel desks: sales support for online, WhatsApp or wholesale
  • Regional desks: inland and coastal trade room support

What your first month looks like across our desks

New joiners start with a practical walk-through of our main desks in Rosebank, Centurion or Cape Town, with short visits to partner desks where possible. Your first month includes shadowing daily tasks: checking supplier notes, writing fulfilment instructions, and replying to seller support queries.

You’ll get to see how we track POPIA compliance for customer details, work with VAT invoices, and handle power cuts or outages during morning or evening trade. We run practical courier run-throughs for main SA lanes, show you how to flag humidity or carton class issues, and brief you on marketplace SLA basics.

After your first month, you’ll know which desk suits your skills, how to work with real seller data, and what the region’s trade pattern looks like in and out of peak hours.

What we value: calm cards over hype every time

We hire for steady hands, not hype. The best team members stay calm when inboxes fill up or orders run late. We prefer directness: clear updates, practical notes and straight answers.

Every desk values accuracy, routine and fair checks over flash or noise. If you bring calm cards to work, care about real seller problems and know how to organise a trade room when there’s a courier delay or a power cut in your area, you’ll fit right in.
